MicroEnsure Ghana began operations in 2007. MicroEnsure works with microfinance banks, NGOs, and mobile phone companies to deliver affordable and appropriate micro insurance policies to low-income people across throughout Ghana. In the past year, the organisation has experienced rapid growth, from 20,000 active clients served to more than 100,000 as of March 2011. This growth has caused a strain on the capacity of the organization to serve existing clients and has brought important new business opportunities. MicroEnsure seeks a Client Relations Manager to oversee this burgeoning portfolio of business and help MicroEnsure continue to make progress in its efforts to serve the poor.
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients and growing new business.
