Dr. Srinivasa Rao has had over a decade’s experience in various state and central government agriculture organisations. Dr. Rao holds a Doctoral Degree in Agricultural Meteorology from the Gujarat Agricultural University.
He was instrumental for creating the largest network of private automatic weather stations across India and has articles published in reputed national and international journals.
Dr. Sastry has nearly 30 years academic and professional experience in both India and Canada. He holds a doctoral degree in Political Science on Rural Development Participation and has researched and specialised in the fields of local government administration and disaster management.
Dr. Sastry was a Consultant to the USAID Pilot Project on adaptation of Incident Command System (ICS) in Andhra Pradesh and India, modelled on the now familiar disaster response system in the United States.
John Peter is a member of Chartered Accountants of India (CAI) and an experienced professional. He worked in India and abroad. He is responsible for maintaining Accounts, preparing monthly Management Reports, Statutory Audit, All tax related matters and Secretarial work of the company.
Scaria has over 35 years experience in insurance industry and handled work of almost all departments. He previously worked in the New India Assurance Company, the biggest general insurance concern in India.
Prior to joining MicroEnsure, Vyasa worked in the non-Life insurance industry in both India and Africa for over three decades.
He has extensive experience in providing insurance awareness and education amongst the poorest section of the population.
